Job summary

Drury Inn & Suites Huntsville is seeking a friendly front desk associate to welcome guests, check them in and out, and promote the hotel’s programs in a courteous, efficient manner.

You will handle guest records, cash, and basic breakfast and Kickback service while maintaining a high standard of hospitality and contributing to a positive guest experience at the Drury property in Huntsville, AL.

Qualifications

• Friendly, highly organized communicators and multitaskers
• Warm and friendly manner in relating to and interacting with the public
• Attention to detail while handling multiple tasks
• Familiarity with handling money, making change, and using office machines in day-to-day activities
• Ability to speak and receive direction in English
• Willingness and ability to work alone as scheduled

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out, promote hotel programs, maintain guest records, cash handling, monitor guest satisfaction and resolve issues
• Assist with breakfast and Kickback service, including food preparation, setup, guest service, and cleaning
• Present and maintain a high standard of integrity, service, and hospitality to promote the Drury culture and ensure an exceptional guest experience
