Job summary

Drury Hotels is seeking a front desk associate at our San Antonio, TX property. You will welcome guests, check them in and out, manage records, and promote hotel programs with a guest-first attitude.

You will assist with breakfast service and the evening Kickback, while maintaining accuracy in cash handling and guest records. Join a team focused on hospitality, integrity, and a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

• Front desk operations: check-in/out, cash handling, guest records.
• Promote company programs; maintain guest satisfaction.
• Assist with breakfast and Kickback service in the evening.
• Demonstrate integrity, courtesy, and hospitality consistent with Drury culture.
• Proficient in English with strong multitasking and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the friendly face of the hotel for guests on arrival and departure.
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences and resolve issues professionally.
• Perform front desk tasks including reservations, payments, and records.
• Assist with breakfast setup and the 5:30 p.m. Kickback service.
• Uphold Drury standards of service and guest relations.
