Job summary

Drury Plaza Hotel in Pooler, GA is hiring for a Front Desk Associate to welcome guests, check them in/out, and resolve requests with a cheerful, professional attitude.

The role includes assisting with breakfast and evening Kickback service, managing guest records, and promoting hotel programs. We value friendly, organized communicators who handle multiple tasks and cash handling with integrity.

Qualifications

• Warm and friendly manner in relating to and interacting with the public.
• Demonstrated attention to detail while handling multiple tasks.
• Familiarity with handling money, making change, and using office machines.
• Ability to speak and receive direction (written and verbal) in English.
• Willingness and ability to work alone as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out at the front desk with a friendly, efficient approach.
• Promote Drury programs and maintain guest records and cash handling.
• Assist with breakfast service and Kickback setup, guest service, and cleanup.
