StudioRes Prattville, a newly built extended-stay hotel, is seeking a friendly Guest Service Agent to join our opening team in Prattville, Alabama. You will handle check-ins/check-outs, process payments, verify billing, and help guests with reservations and requests while upholding brand standards.

We are seeking a dedicated and service-focused Guest Service Agent to help create exceptional experiences for our guests. The Guest Service Agent is responsible for processing check-ins/outs, securing payment, verifying and adjusting billing, and assisting guests with reservations and requests in a friendly, professional and timely manner, while following high standards of quality to ensure guest satisfaction. This position will anticipate guest needs, exceed expectations, and implement creative solutions to provide exceptional service while complying with brand standards.
