Job summary

StudioRes Prattville, a newly built extended-stay hotel opening in Prattville, Alabama, is seeking a Housekeeping Manager to lead the housekeeping department and help shape guest experiences from day one.

You will staff, schedule, train, and supervise hourly team members, manage supplies and inventory, ensure OSHA safety standards, and prepare the annual housekeeping budget, while delivering exceptional cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

The Housekeeping Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and developing of the overall operation of the housekeeping department in accordance with federal, state, and local standards and guidelines along with assuring the highest degree of quality guest care are maintained at all times. Responsible for staffing, scheduling, training, and developing hourly staff.
