Role Responsibilities

• Assist guests with check-in and check-out, managing special requests and VIP arrivals.
• Operate the PBX system, handle mail and messages, and provide outstanding customer service.
• Follow established procedures for key control, credit policies, and lost & found items.
• Balance daily shift transactions, verify credit limits, and monitor room availability.
• Participate in departmental meetings and communicate effectively with other hotel departments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in front desk or customer service preferred.
• Knowledge of local area, attractions, and hotel systems.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple arrivals and departures efficiently.
