Job Opportunity: Guest Service Agent at Hilton Cabana Miami Beach Resort

The Hilton Cabana Miami Beach Resort (https://www.hilton.com/en/hotels/miambhf-hilton-cabana-miami-beach-resort/) is seeking a Guest Service Agent to join their Front Office team. The hotel features 231 newly renovated guest rooms overlooking the Atlantic Ocean with direct beach access. The ideal candidate will have previous front desk hotel experience, be able to multi-task, and thrive in a high-volume environment. Experience with OnQ is preferred.

Shift Pattern

Variable shifts, typically from 7am-3pm, 11am-7pm, and 3pm-11pm. Weekend and holiday availability are required.

Pay Range

$17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

As a Guest Services Agent, your key responsibilities will include:

• Greeting and registering guests, including inputting and retrieving information, confirming guest details, room selection, coding electronic keys, and providing welcome packets.
• Assisting with guest check-out, ensuring accurate billing, handling payments, and processing transactions.
• Having thorough knowledge of hotel services, room categories, rates, packages, and local area information to answer guest inquiries.
• Using upselling techniques to promote hotel services and maximize occupancy.
• Responding promptly to guest requests and resolving issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Handling guest complaints, conducting research, and negotiating solutions.
• Receiving, relaying, and managing guest messages.
