Job summary

Drury Hotels Company, LLC is hiring a Guest Service Agent at the Frisco, TX location. You will greet guests, manage check-in/check-out, promote hotel programs, and maintain guest records with a friendly, efficient approach.

This role includes assisting with breakfast service and the Kickback in the evening, cash handling, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences with a positive, service-oriented attitude.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with breakfast and evening Kickback service, including setup and cleanup.
