Job summary

Drury Hotels Company, LLC is seeking a friendly front desk associate in Charlotte to be the welcoming face of the hotel. You will check guests in and out, manage reservations, handle cash, and promote our guest programs while ensuring outstanding service.

You will also assist with breakfast service and the 5:30 p.m. Kickback, contributing to a warm, efficient guest experience and a positive team atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Friendliness and a helpful demeanor for guests entering and departing the hotel.
• Attention to detail in guest records, cash handling, and guest satisfaction monitoring.
• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to multitask and work with a positive, professional attitude.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests at the front desk in a warm, friendly, and efficient manner.
• Check guests in and out, manage reservations, and handle cash transactions.
• Promote hotel programs, maintain guest records, and resolve issues promptly.
• Assist with breakfast and Kickback service, including setup and clean-up when needed.
