Chandler Staybridge Suites by IHG in Chandler, AZ is seeking a Guest Service Agent/Front Desk Agent for the PM shift (3 PM – 11 PM). The role centers on creating a warm, helpful first impression and handling guest check-ins and requests.

The position requires greeting and registering guests, answering calls, maintaining accurate records and cash handling, and supporting breakfast area and lobby upkeep. Benefits included.

Responsibilities

• Greets, registers, and assigns rooms to guests.
• Maintains accurate records including cash flows and registration cards.
• Answers and routes calls and takes guest messages with accuracy.
• Manages cash drawer contents and transactions during shift.
• Assists with sales and marketing efforts as directed by GM.
• Replenishes continental breakfast and keeps area clean.
• Ensures lobby and common areas are clean.
• Performs laundry functions as directed.
• All other duties as assigned.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Promptly and effectively deals with guest requests and complaints
• Answers and routes calls as appropriate; takes guest messages with accuracy
• Responsible for cash drawer contents and transactions during shift
• Maintains accurate records including cash flows, registration card, reservation cards, and property walks
• Assists with sales and marketing efforts as directed by the General Manager
• Offers and properly handles requests for wake-up calls
• Records pertinent guest information in the pass-on log
• Replenishes continental breakfast as needed and keeps area clean
• Ensures common area/lobby is clean
• Performs laundry functions as directed
• All other duties as assigned
