Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team to provide high levels of guest service.
• Maintain attendance and appearance in accordance with Callaway standards.
• Record and report security incidents with details and follow-up actions.
• Coordinate safety with other departments for effective operations.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures at all times.
• Create schedules for safety personnel to ensure adequate coverage.
• Attend meetings and trainings as required by supervisor or management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
