Front Desk Sales Consultant (This Is a Sales Role — Read Before Applying)

Massage Heights Ingersoll is hiring a Front Desk Sales Consultant. This is not a receptionist role. If you don’t like selling, this will not be a good fit. We are looking for someone who is comfortable guiding conversations, handling objections, and closing memberships — both on the phone and in person.

The Reality of the Role (No Sugarcoating:)

• You will be expected to sell memberships
• You will be measured on conversion rates
• You will receive coaching and feedback
• This is a performance-based role, not an admin position

Compensation:

• Starting pay: $15/hour
• $20 commission per membership sold
• Hourly increases based on performance:
  • 18% conversion → $16/hour
  • 25%+ conversion → $17/hour
• Strong performers earn $45k–$50k+
• Free massage every month

This role rewards people who can convert — not people who just “show up.”

Schedule:

• 20–40 hours per week available
• Full-time and part-time options
• Evenings and weekends required
• Shifts fall within:
  • Mon–Fri: 9am–9pm
  • Sat: 9am–7pm
  • Sun: 10am–6pm

Schedules are predictable and posted in advance.

What You’ll Be Doing:
