Massage Heights Ingersoll is hiring a Front Desk Sales Consultant. This is a sales role, not a receptionist position. You will guide conversations, handle objections, and close memberships both on the phone and in person.

You will be measured on conversion rates and will receive coaching and feedback. The role offers a performance-based pay structure with starting pay of $15 per hour, $20 per membership sold, and potential increases as you hit targets; plus a monthly massage perk.

Formación
