Job summary

TC North Shore is seeking a vigilant Security Guard to protect guests, teammates and assets. You will patrol venues, respond to incidents, prepare detailed reports, and enforce policies while maintaining professional appearance and courtesy at all times.

This role requires 1–2 years in security, strong communication and teamwork, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends in a nightlife setting. E-Verify participation and equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years security experience preferred.
• Effective written and verbal communication with guests and staff.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office.
• No disqualifying criminal convictions requiring registration.

Responsibilities

• Respond to emergencies and disturbances to defuse situations.
• Patrol assigned areas and observe for safety and security.
• Document incidents in detailed reports.
• Enforce policies and supervise guest conduct.
• Wear appropriate uniform and maintain professional appearance.
• Provide a safe guest experience and help deter threats.
• Notify Security Supervisor of incidents and checks.
• Work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
• Testify in court as needed.
• Operate in hot/noisy environments and manage crowd safety.
