Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Previous experience in a guest service‑related field required.
• Must understand and speak the English language.
• Must have a valid Illinois Drivers License.
• Must have the ability to remain calm in emergency or stressful situations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor activities of staff and guests for compliance with policies.
• Ensure safety and security of operations.
• Provide high level of customer service.
• Staff various posts as assigned.
• Coordinate with Surveillance for monitoring.
• Manage guest access to restricted areas.
