Candidates will work late shifts, perform safety checks, and coordinate with team members to handle emergencies and routine operations, all while upholding the company’s commitment to a safe and welcoming atmosphere for fans.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or 1+ year of security experience.
• Ability to work late hours and a flexible schedule.
• Knowledge of safety practices and enforcement procedures.
• Tolerance of all cultures, music, and art forms.
• Must pass a mandatory background check.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guest safety through proactive interaction and hazard removal.
• Prevent and resolve altercations among guests.
• Lead guests in emergency evacuations and provide assistance.
• Inspect guests for weapons and prohibited items.
• Enforce venue policies regarding photos/videos and recording devices.
• Write reports of daily activities and irregularities.
• Communicate clearly using radios, hand signals and flashlights.
• Set up area before opening and maintain venue cleanliness.
• Collaborate with team to close the venue after shows.
