Live Nation Entertainment is the world’s leading live entertainment company, seeking a Manager – Venue Security in the US Concerts division. You will oversee the security department, guard against theft, and ensure safety for guests, employees, artists, and the venue.

You will work with management to enforce policies, supervise staff, and respond to incidents. The role requires 2+ years of security experience, strong judgment, and excellent communication within a fast-paced arena environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Working knowledge of security operations, safety practices and enforcement procedures.
• Strong strategic thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Acute sense of judgment, tact and diplomacy.
• Teamwork and ability to execute programs.
• Must be able to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work with General Manager and Operations Manager to ensure policy compliance and regulatory adherence.
• Monitor entrances and exits to guard against theft and maintain safety.
• Visually survey venues and take corrective action as needed.
• Investigate security incidents and interact positively with guests.
• Patrol premises and protect doors, windows, and gates.
• Write activity reports on irregularities and incidents.
• Escort individuals and provide personal protection when required.
• Operate screening devices to prevent prohibited items from restricted areas.
• Conduct meetings and communicate information to staff; schedule assignments.
• Review and update departmental procedures as needed.
