Job summary

Desert Hospitality Management, LLC Career Center is seeking a Room Inspector to assist the housekeeping department and supervise staff while delivering courteous guest service. The role requires coordinating daily operations, enforcing safety and brand standards, and supporting training and performance reviews across shifts.

The candidate should have a high school diploma or GED, at least 2 years of hotel housekeeping experience, a valid driver's license with good MVR, and preferred bilingual

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hotel housekeeping or similar experience required.
• Certification as required by franchise preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean MVR.

Responsibilities

• Assist with supervision of housekeeping staff and department operations.
• Provide courteous guest service and resolve inquiries or concerns.
• Maintain high standards of appearance and grooming per DHM standards.
• Assist in training and performance development of staff.
• Support budgeting, scheduling and daily housekeeping operations.
