Twenty Four Seven Hotels is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Inspector/Supervisor in Palm Desert, CA. The role involves inspecting guest rooms, ensuring cleanliness, and addressing guest requests to deliver outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping and supervisory experience preferred.
• Hotel industry experience a plus.
• Experience working with Marriott Family of brands a plus.
• Must be organized and detail oriented.
• Individual must have a great deal of flexibility in schedule due to business needs

Responsibilities

• Cleaning guestrooms and public areas
• Implement operational procedures for the housekeeping department
• Train staff on the Brand's standard in the Quality of Service
• Inspect rooms as assigned daily by the department leader
• Assist in ordering, managing and inventory of supplies throughout the month.
• Coordinate the inspection of assigned areas to ensure that health regulations, safety standards and departmental policies are being met
