Job summary

Courtyard Old Pasadena is seeking a Room Attendant to clean and maintain guest rooms to established standards while delivering warm, friendly guest interactions in a fast-paced hotel setting.

The role requires English communication, basic high school education, and prior housekeeping experience or training. Schedule may include holidays and weekends; opportunities exist for full-time and part-time employment with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma preferred.
• Previous housekeeping experience required or equivalent training.
• Understand and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm, friendly greeting.
• Clean guest rooms to standards within the allotted time by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
• Change bed linens and replace towels and amenities.
• Notify managers about repairs needed in rooms.
• Follow safety guidelines and OSHA/MSDS requirements.
• Perform house person and lobby attendant duties when short staffed or during peak periods.
• Contribute to guest satisfaction and maintain cleanliness standards.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
