Job summary

SCH USA LLC is seeking a Room Attendant responsible for maintaining clean, attractive guestrooms and delivering attentive guest service. The role involves cleaning rooms, restocking supplies, and upholding safety standards in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred) and experience in hospitality or cleaning roles. Flexible availability for 8-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays, is required.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in hospitality or cleaning roles is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms, make beds, and sanitize bathrooms.
• Replenish guest room supplies and restock carts.
• Vacuum and clean rugs, carpets, and furnishings; dust and polish surfaces.
• Report missing items and maintenance issues to Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager.
• Adhere to safety policies and complete required training.
• Assist with Lost and Found items as needed.
• Work eight-hour shifts including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
