Job summary

ESA Management, LLC is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper for on-site duties at Extended-Stay-Hotel in Madison, WI. You will clean guest rooms according to standards and contribute to a welcoming stay. You will maintain carts, report maintenance and guest property, and assist in other areas as needed.

• Understand and follow guidelines, adhere to time objectives, productivity measurements and similar company standards and expectations.
• Apply good judgment at all times.

Responsibilities

• Clean assigned guest rooms with adherence to company standards and procedures.
• Maintain housekeeping carts, cart rooms and laundry areas to company standard.
• Stock carts and cart rooms as needed and directed by management.
• Report maintenance issues to front desk or manager on duty.
• Report remaining guest property in check-out rooms to front desk or manager on duty.
• Assist with guest requests when possible and practical.
• Comply with safety and security policies and procedures.
• Complete Extended Stay University trainings.
• Assist with cleaning other hotel areas as assigned.
• Maintain overall hotel cleanliness.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
