ESA Management, LLC is seeking a Housekeeper for an Extended Stay Hotel to clean guest rooms in accordance with company standards, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction and safety compliance.

The role requires following procedures, maintaining carts and areas, and responding to guest requests while adhering to hotel policies. Training will be provided through Extended Stay University, and duties may include cleaning other hotel spaces as needed.

Qualifications

• Understand instructions, policies, and guidelines and the ability to engage in effective communication with the manager and staff.
• Understand and follow guidelines, adhere to time objectives, productivity measurements and similar company standards and expectations.
• Apply good judgment at all times.

Responsabilités

• Clean assigned guest rooms following company standards and procedures.
• Maintain housekeeping carts, cart rooms and laundry areas to standard.
• Stock carts and cart rooms as directed by management.
• Report maintenance issues to the front desk and/or manager on duty.
• Assist guests and accommodate reasonable requests whenever possible.
• Participate in Extended Stay University training.
• Assist with cleaning other areas of the hotel as assigned, including breakroom, guest laundry, fitness room, vending areas, stairwells and common areas.
