Qualifications

• Ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, co-workers and management.
• Ability to be a self-inspector.
• Ability to use the systems and equipment provided by the resort, including Alice and radios.
• Attention to detail, speed, accuracy and good attendance.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms to hotel standards and keep areas tidy.
• Report maintenance issues via Alice and log requests.
• Handle guest requests and concerns to ensure satisfaction.
• Restock carts and replenish supplies for next shift.
• Ensure security of keys and equipment and proper sign-in/out.
• Return and restock cart at end of shift.
