Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or customer service is a plus.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, attentive, and personalized service to pool guests.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the pool deck, cabanas, and furniture.
• Ensure guests are promptly offered amenities such as cold towels, water, and refreshments.
• Monitor and manage pool towel inventory (distribution and collection).
• Partner with Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Spa teams to ensure seamless service.
• Greet and acknowledge guests by name whenever possible to elevate the experience.
• Maintain a polished, professional appearance at all times.
• Assist with ongoing upkeep including cleaning furniture, cushions, and surrounding areas.
• Support special projects and operational needs as directed by leadership.
