Job summary

Tommy Bahama Miramonte is seeking a Bell Person to warmly welcome guests and assist with luggage on arrival and departure. You will escort guests to their rooms and inform them of hotel services, aiming to create a memorable, island-inspired stay.

You will guide guests on local attractions and transportation, maintain up-to-date knowledge of resort events and facilities, and ensure prompt delivery of items to rooms while supporting guest requests with a friendly, professional attitude.

Qualifications

• Must have strong guest service orientation and ability to communicate clearly with guests and colleagues.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling luggage and rooming information.
• Ability to read luggage tags and claim checks and to write numbers on records.
