Job summary

Plymouth Hotel LLC is seeking a dedicated housekeeper to maintain cleanliness and guest satisfaction across guest rooms, bathrooms and common areas. Responsibilities include cleaning, linen replacement, replenishing amenities and reporting maintenance needs.

The role requires attention to detail, teamwork with lobby staff, and ability to work some evenings and weekends. Candidates should have at least one year of housekeeping experience, strong customer service skills, and fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide maid service for guest rooms and meet cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
• Replace unused amenities and report maintenance concerns.
• Assist Lobby Attendant in delivering guest requests.
• Clean rooms including bathtubs, toilets, sinks, walls and floors with appropriate cleaning agents.
• Strip beds and change bed linens; assist with bed making and linen replacement.
• Empty trash and sign for room keys; restock supplies and maintain cart organization.
• Visually inspect rooms for cleanliness and notify completion; assist in public areas as needed.
