Job summary

Extended Stay America in Rolling Meadows, IL is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to clean guest rooms in accordance with company standards and procedures, ensuring a welcoming guest experience.

You will maintain housekeeping carts and laundry areas, assist with cleaning other areas of the hotel as needed, and report issues to the front desk or on-duty manager. Prior experience is not required, and training is provided.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required.
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures.
• Understand and apply instructions, guidelines, and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Clean assigned guest rooms per company standards.
• Maintain housekeeping carts, cart rooms and laundry areas.
• Stock carts and assist as directed by management.
• Report maintenance issues and guest property to front desk and manager on duty.
• Assist with cleaning other hotel areas as needed.
• Complete required training including Extended Stay University.
