Extended Stay America in Dayton, OH, seeks a Housekeeper to clean guest rooms per company standards and assist with general hotel upkeep. You will maintain carts and laundry areas, report issues, and help guests with reasonable requests while upholding safety policies.

The role emphasizes consistent guest experience, teamwork with staff, and adherence to procedures. Training through Extended Stay University is required and regular weekly pay is provided.

Qualifications

• Understand instructions, guidelines, and policies.
• Ability to communicate effectively with the manager and staff.
• Apply good judgment at all times.

Responsabilités

• Clean assigned guest rooms per standards and procedures.
• Maintain housekeeping carts, cart rooms and laundry areas to company standards.
• Report maintenance issues directly to the front desk and manager on duty.
• Report any remaining guest property in check-out rooms to the front desk and manager on duty.
• Assist and accommodate guests with reasonable requests when possible.
• Follow safety and security policies and procedures.
• Complete required Extended Stay University training.
• Assist with cleaning other areas of the hotel as assigned by the manager.
• Maintain overall hotel cleanliness.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
