Job summary

Sonesta ES Suites Orlando is seeking a Room Attendant to support the Housekeeping Management Team in cleaning guest rooms and public spaces, and to assist in the laundry area as needed. The role emphasizes Sonesta Service, safety, and guest satisfaction within a dynamic hotel environment.

Qualifications include prior housekeeping experience and fluency in English. The position requires mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a strong team-oriented mindset and adherence to brand

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping preferred.
• Extended Stay industry background preferred.
• Fluent English (read/write) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service assigned rooms or areas according to established standards (beds, dusting, vacuuming, bathrooms).
• Notify supervisor when service is completed so rooms can be sold or occupied.
• Operate laundry equipment when assigned (washers/dryers), manage linens and report damages.
• Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication with other shifts and management.
• Report needed repairs or unsafe conditions to supervisor.
• May assist with deep cleaning projects.
