Job summary

HHM Hotels is seeking a Room Attendant in California to ensure guest rooms meet established cleanliness standards. You will greet guests warmly, clean rooms to target time frames, change linens, replace towels and amenities, and report maintenance needs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma preferred.
• Previous housekeeping experience or equivalent training.
• Understand and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm, friendly greeting.
• Clean guest rooms to standards within allotted time, using sweeping, mopping, scrubbing or vacuuming.
• Change bed linens and replace towels and amenities.
• Polish furniture and fixtures; dust and wipe surfaces.
• Notify managers about repairs needed in rooms.
• Handle lost and found items per policy.
• Follow safety rules and wear protective equipment per MSDS/OSHA.
• Assist with lobby/house person duties when needed.
• Support guest satisfaction goals and departmental metrics.
