Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Previous housekeeping experience required or equivalent training.
• English communication required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm, friendly welcome.
• Clean guest rooms to standards within the allotted time.
• Change bed linens and replace towels and amenities.
• Dust and polish furniture; clean walls and fixtures.
• Notify managers of repairs needed in rooms.
• Handle items left by guests per lost and found policy.
• Follow MSDS and OSHA safety guidelines.
• Perform housekeeping and lobby duties when needed.
• Aim to improve overall guest satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
