The Courtyard Manchester, part of Highgate Hotels, is seeking a Room Attendant to maintain clean and attractive guestrooms while delivering attentive and courteous service to guests.

Responsibilities include cleaning guestrooms to standards, stocking supplies, removing trash, and reporting maintenance needs. Qualifications include a High School diploma or equivalent, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and strong communication with guests and colleagues. Benefits are provided for full-time associates.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent and/or hotel-related experience preferred.
• Able to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and 20 pounds frequently.
• Able to stand for the full shift.
• Able to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.

Responsabilités

• Thoroughly clean guestrooms according to standards.
• Complete pre-cleaning duties, including guest supplies and linen for housekeeping cart setup.
• Remove all trash and dirty linen from guestrooms and hallways.
• Keep hallways, public areas and closets clean and vacuumed.
• Restock housekeeping cart for the next day’s use.
• Replenish chemical bottles.
• Report missing items to Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager.
• Report maintenance repairs to Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager.
• Handle Lost and Found items according to standards.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
