Job summary

HHM Hotels is seeking a Room Attendant in Philadelphia to clean and maintain guest rooms to established standards. You will greet guests warmly, change linens, tidy rooms, and ensure safety procedures are followed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma preferred.
• Previous housekeeping experience required or equivalent training.
• Understand and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm, friendly greeting.
• Clean guest rooms to standard within allotted time by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
• Change bed linens and replace towels and other amenities.
• Polish furniture and fixtures; dust furniture, walls, or equipment.
• Notify managers about repairs needed in guest rooms.
• Process guest items left in rooms per lost and found policy.
• Follow safety procedures and MSDS/OSHA standards.
• Perform house person and lobby attendant duties when short staffed.
• Aim to increase guest satisfaction scores and overall satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
