InterContinental The Clement Monterey on Cannery Row is seeking a detail-oriented Room Attendant to maintain spotless guest rooms and support our Housekeeping team. This full-time role offers starting wage of $22.00 per hour, a friendly culture, and opportunities for growth within Pacific Hotel Management, LLC and the IHG family.

You will work with hotel departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences, with emphasis on teamwork, reliability, and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• One year of housekeeping, cleaning, or related experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms to brand and quality standards.
• Replace linens, towels, and guest amenities.
• Vacuum, dust, sweep, and sanitize guest room touchpoints.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests.
• Assist with special cleaning projects and room preparations as needed.
• Report maintenance concerns and ensure rooms are guest-ready.
• Work collaboratively with hotel departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
