InterContinental The Clement Monterey on Cannery Row seeks a diligent Room Attendant for a full-time role. Starting wage $22.00 per hour, you will clean and service guest rooms to brand standards, replace linens and amenities, and support the housekeeping team.

You’ll collaborate with hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction, respond to guest requests, and participate in special cleaning projects. The ideal candidate has attention to detail, works well solo or in a team, and is passionate

Qualifications

• One year of housekeeping, cleaning, or related experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual or multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms to brand and quality standards.
• Replace linens, towels, and guest amenities.
• Vacuum, dust, sweep, and sanitize guest room touchpoints.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests.
• Assist with special cleaning projects and room preparations as needed.
• Report maintenance concerns and ensure rooms are guest-ready.
