Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise housekeeping and laundry staff, including counseling and evaluations.
• Assist in annual budget development and monitor performance against plan.
• Establish cost controls for staffing, linen inventories, and supplies.
• Maintain room quality and guest satisfaction per guidelines.
• Schedule staff according to labor standards and occupancy forecasts.
• Maintain inventory levels and manage ordering of supplies.
• Ensure security of guest property and on-loan equipment.
• Use office and accounting software to report and manage data.
