Best Western Plus The Inn at Sharon/Foxboro in Sharon, MA is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain the cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas. This full-time role requires attention to detail, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

You will perform tasks such as changing linens, restocking supplies, vacuuming, reporting damages, and collaborating with teammates to meet hotel standards.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent experience.
• Previous housekeeping experience preferred, but not required.
• Continuous standing 90% of time.
• Lifting up to 50 lbs and pushing up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic housekeeping duties including changing bed linens, restocking room supplies, vacuuming, and dusting.
• Report and return any guest properties that were left behind.
• Report cases of property damage to supervisor.
• Work with a team of housekeepers on each shift.
• Keep workstations and equipment clean, organized, and in good working order.
• Work with other staff members to ensure that all guest rooms meet hotel standards and accommodate any special guest needs.
• Performs other duties as assigned, requested or deemed necessary by management.
