Job summary

Best Western Royal Plaza Hotel & Trade Center in Marlborough, MA is seeking a Part-Time Room Attendant/Housekeeper. You will clean guest rooms and common areas, ensure safety, and support housekeeping operations.

No prior experience required; training provided. You must be able to work nights and weekends, communicate with guests and supervisors, and maintain a professional appearance.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends is required.

Responsibilities

• Communicate all guest rooms need to the Housekeeping Supervisor
• Cleanliness and neatness of all hotel areas.
• Ensure good safety practices while cleaning.
• Encourage work simplification, efficiency, and general pride in work performed.
• Be prepared to clean any guest rooms and hotel common areas.
• Assist laundry personnel with washing, drying, and folding.
• Accommodate guest requests and communicate with the Housekeeping Supervisor.
• Maintain a professional appearance and work ethics.
• Assure guest satisfaction through quality in guest accommodations and service.
• Comply with Best Western procedures and regulations.
