Comfort Inn & Suites Sturbridge is seeking a diligent Guest Room Attendant (Hotel Housekeeper) to join our award-winning property. Weekend availability is required, with responsibilities including cleaning guest rooms, hallways, and public areas, restocking supplies, and ensuring safety standards.

The role may involve deep cleaning tasks and collaboration with team members to maintain high cleanliness levels and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in a hotel or related field is a plus.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Approach all encounters with guests and employees in a friendly service-oriented manner.
• Maintain regular attendance in compliance with hotel standards.
• Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, including proper uniform and name tag.
• Thoroughly clean and restock the required number of guest rooms per shift.
• May perform deep cleaning tasks as part of housekeeping duties.
