Job summary

Bally's Lincoln Casino Resort in Rhode Island is seeking a detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to enhance guest satisfaction by cleaning rooms, restocking supplies, and assisting guests with requests.

You will service assigned rooms within departmental standards, report maintenance issues, and ensure equipment is operational. A flexible schedule and ability to work as part of a team are required; RI gaming license is preferred. Training provided, with room for growth.

• Secures master keys while working.
• Collects and secures lost-and-found articles.
• Restocks housekeeping cart daily.
• Controls inventory of supplies.
• Suggests improvements to increase guest satisfaction and revenue.
• Establishes relationships with staff to maximize cooperation and service.
• Resolves guest issues.
• Adheres to department and property policies.

• Greets guests passing in corridors, establishing eye contact.
• Ensures that equipment in guestrooms is operational - TV, remote control, phones, lights, etc.
• Uses cleaning chemicals as instructed.
• Uses safety equipment as required.
• Communicates all maintenance issues to supervisor.
• Executes Daily Cleaning Projects.
• Secures master keys while working.
• Collects/secures lost-and-found articles.
• Restocks housekeeping cart daily.
• Controls inventory of supplies.
• Makes suggestions for improvements in overall operations with emphasis on increasing guest satisfaction, revenues as well as reducing costs.
• Establishes and maintains close working relationships with all employees to ensure maximum cooperation, productivity, morale and guest service.
• Resolves guest issues.
• Adheres to department and property policies and procedures.

Working Conditions

Target Hourly Range: ($21.60)

Qualifications

Experience

• Must secure appropriate RI mandated gaming license (preferred)
• Constantly use mental alertness to achieve high level of accuracy in completing tasks. (preferred)
• Constantly plan, follow directions, read, write, use math, discriminate colors, work at various tempos or work rapidly, concentrate, remember, attention to and observe details, use of ten key and personal computer. (preferred)
• Constantly use physical movements necessary for general office duties: standing, walking, balancing, eye-hand coordination, finger dexterity, handling, wrist motion, sitting, reaching, carrying, vision, hearing, stooping, and twisting. (preferred)
• Ability to work a flexible schedule. (preferred)
