InTown Suites in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a dedicated housekeeping attendant to maintain guest rooms and common areas to the brand’s standards. You will follow SOPs for cleaning baths, kitchens, floors, and furnishings, while restocking supplies and reporting safety concerns.

Qualifications

• Possess good knowledge of housekeeping/laundry SOPs and techniques.
• Ability to follow instructions, meet deadlines, and clean required rooms per shift.
• Ability to scrub and scour surfaces and move safely during cleaning tasks.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms according to company SOPs.
• Remove trash and debris from guest rooms and surrounding areas.
• Ensure hotel areas meet company standards even if not assigned to cleaning area.
• Clean baths, kitchens, dining areas, floors, and furnishings.
• Maintain exterior of rooms and notify supervisor of any issues.
• Restock supplies and operate housekeeping equipment according to procedures.
• Provide superior customer service when interacting with guests.
