InTown Suites Birmingham is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Attendant to maintain clean guest rooms and public areas to our standards. You will follow SOPs, restock supplies, and coordinate with the Front Desk to ensure room readiness.

This full-time role requires physical stamina, flexible scheduling, and a customer‑oriented approach. We offer weekly pay, benefits, a 401(k) plan, PTO, Sundays off, and comprehensive training to help you excel and grow with our team.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of housekeeping/laundry SOPs and techniques.
• Ability to follow instructions, directions and meet deadlines.
• Ability to clean the minimum required rooms per shift.
• Ability to scrub and scour surfaces and perform bending/squatting.
• Ability to adapt to multiple housekeeping positions as needed.
• Ability to visually inspect cleanliness and presentation.
• Ability to manage multiple activities under time constraints.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms according to SOP and remove debris.
• Ensure all areas meet standards even if not assigned cleaning area.
• Clean bathrooms and kitchens including appliances.
• Vacuum and wash floors; dust and polish furnishings.
• Maintain exterior room appearance and report safety issues.
• Restock supplies and operate housekeeping equipment.
• Notify supervisor of room readiness and guest concerns.
• Provide superior customer service when interacting with guests.
