Fairfield Inn & Suites- Bessemer, AL is seeking a dedicated Room Attendant to clean guest rooms and corridors, ensuring a welcoming and hygienic environment for every guest. You will restock supplies, report issues to maintenance, and maintain safety procedures as part of daily operations.

Qualifications

• Complete all required brand-specific training.
• Complete all required health and safety training.
• Adhere to all company and property-specific brand standards.
• Provide personalized, friendly service to every guest and associate.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms and public areas; report deficiencies or equipment malfunctions to Maintenance.
• Make beds neatly with fresh linens.
• Vacuum rooms and hallways.
• Replenish room supplies (glasses, stationery, soaps, shampoos, tissues, toilet paper, guest directories) and place clean towels.
• Report room status (vacant/clean or occupied/clean) to the Executive Housekeeper.
• Maintain knowledge of fire alarm and evacuation procedures.
• Safeguard the security of guests, employees, and hotel assets.
