Job summary

Intown Suites is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to keep guest rooms and public areas clean, safe, and welcoming in Birmingham, Alabama. You will perform routine and deep cleaning of rooms, hallways, laundry areas, and common spaces to meet company standards and guest expectations.

Essential duties include cleaning rooms, restocking supplies, and notifying supervisors of safety concerns while delivering superior customer service to guests. Full-time positions with benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of housekeeping procedures and safety practices.
• Ability to manage time and multiple rooms per shift.
• Strong guest service orientation and communication.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms according to SOPs and standards.
• Remove trash and debris from rooms and surrounding areas.
• Maintain cleanliness in bathrooms, kitchens, and dining areas.
• Vacuum and wash floors; dust and polish furnishings.
• Report issues to supervisor promptly.
