Job summary

Intown-Suites in Birmingham, AL is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests. You will perform routine and deep cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, laundry areas, and common spaces according to company standards.

This role supports guest satisfaction by ensuring accommodations are ready for occupancy, with responsibilities spanning cleaning, restocking supplies, and reporting safety concerns. Sundays off and no late shifts.

Qualifications

• Clean guest rooms according to company standard operating procedures.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and occasionally 50 pounds.
• Strong guest service mindset and attention to cleanliness.
• Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms according to SOPs and inspect for quality.
• Remove trash and debris from guest rooms and surrounding areas.
• Clean bath areas, kitchens, dining spaces, and common areas.
• Maintain furnishings by dusting and polishing furniture and appliances.
• Notify supervisor of safety issues and guest concerns.
• Restock housekeeping supplies and prepare cart at end of shift.
