Responsibilities

• Room cleaning and sanitizing guest rooms including beds, linens, towels.
• Dust and polish furniture, vacuum carpets, mop floors.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms.
• Restock amenities in guest rooms.
• Public area cleaning: hallways, lobbies, stairwells.
• Greet guests and respond to requests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to the appropriate department.
• Assist with laundry and inventory control.
• Follow all hotel policies and procedures.
