Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Room Cleaning: Clean and sanitize guest rooms, make beds, change linens, replace towels; dust and polish furniture; vacuum carpets; clean bathrooms; empty trash; restock amenities.
• Public Area Cleaning: Clean and maintain hallways, stairwells, and lobbies; sweep and mop; empty trash; wipe surfaces.
• Guest Service: Respond to guest requests and inquiries professionally; report maintenance or safety concerns; follow hotel policies.
• Other Duties: Assist with laundry as needed; participate in inventory control and supply management; perform additional duties as assigned.
