Phoenix American Hospitality LLC is seeking a Room Attendant for our Charlotte, NC property. The role involves cleaning and servicing guest rooms daily, stocking the housekeeping cart, and replenishing linens to uphold company standards.

You will respond to guest requests, report issues to the Senior Housekeeper, and coordinate with the housekeeping team to meet daily priorities. A flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays is required; average weekly hours range from 36 to 40.

Qualifications

• No formal education required; ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects up to 50 lbs. occasionally and up to 20 lbs. frequently.
• Ability to bend, lift, and stand or walk for the duration of the shift.
• Ability to communicate clearly and listen effectively to coworkers and guests.
