LBA Hospitality is recruiting for a Room Attendant at the Homewood Suites Winston Salem, opening soon. Training and standards will align with brand and hotel requirements to ensure a welcoming guest experience.

Responsibilities include cleaning guest rooms, making beds, restocking supplies, and maintaining privacy and safety. On-site position with varied shifts; benefits discussed with the team.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience in hotels, hospitals, residential settings, or care facilities preferred.
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to guest service.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, follow procedures, and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms thoroughly, making beds and replenishing supplies.
• Follow cleaning procedures and safety standards; report maintenance issues.
• Handle linens, supplies, chemicals, and equipment properly and safely.
• Maintain privacy and protect guest information; respond to guest requests promptly.
• Assist with public areas and back-of-house spaces as needed.
• Use hotel systems and communication tools as required.
